Services depend on site inspection; availability, pricing, and scheduling will be confirmed post-inspection.

2. Appointments & Estimates

Inquiries via online form or phone do not guarantee service. Appointments are confirmed by our staff. We reserve the right to decline service based on location, availability, scope, or safety concerns.

3. Payment & Billing

Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late payments may incur fees. We accept credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.

4. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply where available (e.g., Mitsubishi Electric systems). We also offer labor warranties; terms will be provided in writing at installation.

5. Liability & Force Majeure

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, utility outages, supply chain issues).

6. Change Orders

Any additional or changed work after agreement requires written approval and may affect price and schedule.

7. Permits & Compliance

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals. We are not responsible for permit costs or delays.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, logos, images, and graphics—is owned by Schoonover Plumbing & Heating. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
