Founded in 1947, Schoonover Plumbing and Heating has been serving residential and commercial customers for over 60 years. Schoonover depends upon our long-term employees to maintain the highest level of training, experience, and quality for our customers.

Schoonover Plumbing and Heating is a self-contained unit. We have in-house engineering to meet your needs—covering every type of job from small residential to large commercial systems (including controlled environment research facilities, government approved HEPA systems, and one-pass systems).

Schoonover is a one-stop shop with the ability to install and maintain your system without subcontractors, giving us control over the work schedule and quality of all aspects of the job.

Schoonover has a retail store and a showroom with many of our fine products on display. We also have a working geothermal system in our showroom that heats and cools the building. We invite you to come in and talk to our professional staff while you look over the equipment.
